Meeting Facilities

Our upstairs meeting room with large windows framing the view of the Kiamichi Valley will handle your meeting, workshop, or retreat in comfort, style and convenience. The room will accommodate seating for up to 114 persons. Just a few steps from the lodge guest rooms, this meeting room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment offered at no extra charge. Room darkening shades can be controlled from the podium area.

A limited menu will be available for snacks and other food items that can be served in this room. An expanded menu will be available in the restaurant. The Heritage Room, our private dining room adjoining the main dining room, can be booked for group meals. 

Our full-service restaurant is prepared to complement your meeting with meals and snacks tailored to your needs. The restaurant will open for service at 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for specific buffet entrees, plated meals, or appetizers. Accommodations can also be made for persons with special dietary requirements. Advance notice is required.

Our dining room offers a sweeping view of the mountains framed by large windows. Servers are attentive to your every need.

Heritage Room

Are you planning a special event for your family or business? The Heritage Room is just the right place for a small wedding, anniversary or birthday party, a business luncheon, dinner, or party. This room adjoining the main dining room features large windows that frame the sweeping view. Tables can be configured to suit the needs of your group. With seating for 50 persons, we can cater the meal or appetizers to your specifications. Reunions, meetings, and weddings are popular events at Queen Wilhelmina Lodge.
