Our professionally arranged conference room will handle your conference, workshop or retreat in comfort, style and convenience. We cater to groups of 20 to 50 persons. Our conference room offers a wide view of the Kiamichi Valley. Just a few steps from the lodge rooms, the conference room is equipped with modern conferencing equipment offered at no extra charge. Audiovisual equipment is available including connections for power point presentations, an overhead projector, flip charts, VHS video presentations, and a dry erase board. A limited menu is available for snacks and other food items that can be served in this room. An expanded menu is available in the Queen's Restaurant. Our private dining room, the Heritage Room, can be booked for group meals as well. Group meals can be arranged for the Queen's Restaurant as well.
Our full service restaurant is prepared to complement your conference with meals tailored to your needs. The restaurant opens for coffee at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for specific buffet entrees, plated meals, or appetizers. Accommodations can also be made for persons with special dietary requirements. Advance notice is required.
Our dining room offers a spectacular view of the mountains through large picture windows, and seating at solid oak tables. Our food is served in a serene, relaxed atmosphere with servers attentive to your every need.

Are you planning a special event for your family or business? The Heritage Room is just the right place for a small wedding, anniversary or birthday party, a business luncheon, dinner, or party. This spacious room, with floor to ceiling windows that capture the magnificent view, can be configured to suit the needs of your group. With seating for 50 persons, we can cater the meal or appetizers to your specifications. Because the Heritage Room is adjacent to the Windmill Garden, weddings are a popular event for utilizing both of these spaces.
